Happy Early Birthday to Me!

A snow storm came to town early this morning and boy was it exciting. We got around 5 inches by the time we were let go from work. I got a call this morning telling me I didn't have to be at work until 9am and then Cait was let out of daycare at noon and we were told to go home at 3pm so we took the opportunity to take a couple of pictures. Cait hasn't been in the best mood the past few days so this is what we got before she was done! Unfortunately she didn't like standing in the snow because that meant nobody was holding her! Haha, but she did walk around in it for a few seconds!

Gillian's First Birthday Party

Caitlin and I went to Albuquerque for Gillian's first birthday party. It was such a hit! The cupcakes were wonderful, home made and all! Then there were sugar cookies, worms and dirt and rice krispie treats to top it all off! Here are a few photos from the party!

The older kids got to paint a clay pot and take home a seed kit! Cute idea!

Still catching up...

Two major breakthroughs have occured in the past two weeks. The first one is that Cait has decided sippy cups are not evil and come in quite handy to drink out of... yay for the sippy cup! The second is that she has decided that walking isn't so bad after all. She will still get down and crawl some since she is much faster that way but she is walking most everywhere now! Yay for being bipedal!

It's Been a While... sorry!

We got a new computer desk after Christmas and Cait decided that daddy needed a little help putting it together. Here she is working hard!

She picked up one of the screwdrivers and used the handle to "hammer" on the back o the desk. I think she did a great job... tongue hanging out and all!
