Easter Baskets...more to come later!

Here are a couple of pictures I took last night with Caitlin's Easter baskets. The lamb was a big hit! She got some plastic blocks (for later), a seahorse rattle, a solid chocolate bunny, some peanut butter eggs, caramel creme eggs and the lamb in the basket from us. The bunny basket was given to her by her Grandma and Grandpa Huhn and it has a cross necklace in it (also for later)!

Caitlin is 4 months old

18 weeks to be exact. I still think it's funny that she turned 16 weeks almost 2 weeks before she was 4 months old! I know, just me! Anyways, here are some pictures for you of Cait at 4 months old. This first one I took for Michelle because Cait really likes the giraffe rattle she sent. I had to put the rattle in her hand but she actually transferred it from her left hand to her right hand on her own. I thought that was pretty cool!

Here she is showing off how well she can hold her shoulders and head up these days. We had just gotten her weighed and measured, curious?

Drum roll please......

She weighed a heafty 13lbs 13.8oz, measured 23 1/2" long and her head is 16".

She is well on her way with the orange veggies and we have started her on the greens this week. She's liking the green beans thus far, well when she's not exhausted and will actually sit to eat them. We've had some issues lately as to when she will be tired at night. She's been taking little catnaps lately so she's not resting as well as she has in the past. We think she's hitting a growth spirt and another phase in her life!

Heaven forbid she miss anything! She gets so tired and so cranky but refuses to go to sleep! It's absolutely amazing how long she can stay awake some days!

Dr. Orr says she's doing wonderfully. Her stats put her in the 25th percentile for height coming up from the 10th at 2 months and she is in the 50th percentile for weight coming up from the 25th percentile.

Oh and just to give you a comparason with her cousin, Gillian is 23 1/4" long and she's only 2 months old! Caitlin was 21 1/4" at 2 months! I think at their next visits Gillian will be much taller but Caitlin will still outweigh her!! That's my chunky monkey!

Hoppy Easter!

Today was a good day! Sean had to work last night so he came home and quickly went to sleep. It was a rough night in the ER he tells me and was really tired! Cait and I woke up and got dressed and went to church. It poured buckets last night so that made it really damp to start our day! After church we went to Liz's house to spend some time with her family. Cait was very very tired when we got there and finally decided to give up and fall asleep. She took about an hour nap and then we got up and went home to see Sean. He had to go to work again tonight but is off for the week. I have this picture that I took with my cell phone and I'll get some more pictures tomorrow of her Easter dress ( I thought I had batteries for the camera and I don't...silly me!)
