While I'm waiting for Caitlin to decide if she's going to actually go back to sleep anytime soon or not, I decided to post a new blog entry!
Cait has decided to become a semi-big girl and is now wearing some newborn clothing. Her preemie onesies still fit her for her weight range but she's slowly but surely gaining on that newborn range! Yay, go Cait!
Since she likes to eat about every 2 hours during the day she should be growing like a weed!
This is the picture I like to see! A Cait asleep. The past few nights she has done very well. She has, dare I say, spoiled me and let me get (count 'em) 4 hours of sleep at a time! That means that she is fed around 10pm and then around 2-3am and then around 7-8am. She actually slept for 4 1/2 hours this morning in a row! How cool is that. I suppose that's why she's so anxious to stay up tonight!
Too bad the Aggies football season is over for the year, Caitlin was trying out her Wrecking Crew hand signals! haha, either that or she was trying to hide her face from the camera and I was too fast for her! But I like to believe that she's already an Aggie at heart and she's pumped up for next year's football season! I can't wait until she can fit into her overalls!! Whoop!
And this picture I had to post because it's just the cutest little picture that she has taken in the past day! This was taken last night aroun 10:30pm while waiting for her to get tired and go to sleep! It finally happened and I'm sure she will finally fall asleep tonight too!
Oh and I wanted to post an update too...I saw her actually trying to focus on objects yesterday. If you look at the pictures of her in the swing and you see the little butterflies hanging from the bar, she's trying to look directly at the butterflies now! And she pulls her head back from me when she's lying in my arms trying to get a good look at my face! How neat is that!
Anyway, I should go check on her now. Let's hope she's sleeping and not just checking out things around her crib!!
